The agreement resolves the U.S. District Court patent infringement lawsuit filed by the TPL Group regarding the infringement of the CORE Flash patents. HiTi Digital is an industry-leading computing products and solutions company.
HiTi Digital joins the list of CORE Flash Portfolio licensees, which includes Acer, Dell, Fujitsu, Samsung, Lexmark, ASUStek, Brother and Lenovo.
