CUPERTINO, Calif. – October 3, 2011 – Alliacense today announced that Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. has purchased a Fast Logic™ Portfolio license from The TPL Group. The agreement resolves the patent infringement lawsuit filed by The TPL Group earlier this month against Freescale and 17 other companies in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. Freescale becomes the 24th Fast Logic licensee, joining the ranks of Samsung, Broadcom, Philips and twenty other global electronics leaders.
