Creedon Technologies Purchases CORE Flash™ Portfolio License

CUPERTINO, California – October 6, 2011 – Alliacense today announced that Creedon Technologies USA, LLC has purchased a license to the CORE Flash™ Portfolio from The TPL Group.  Creedon is a key player in the digital photo frame market and its Nix line of products are available as some of the top selling frames on Amazon.com.  This agreement makes Creedon the twenty first company to purchase a CORE Flash Portfolio license, joining a growing roster of global market leaders including Coby, Lenovo, Asustek, Belkin, Lexmark and Philips.

About the CORE Flash Portfolio

The CORE Flash Portfolio contains intellectual property that was developed and productized by The TPL Group’s OnSpec Division.  The portfolio includes 32 U.S. and international patents and 9 patent applications.  CORE Flash Portfolio innovations protect key aspects of flash memory management and control, including software, firmware, hardware, and mechanical designs.
